Ceòl, Dannsa, Cànan

The Callanish School of Celtic Arts provides the opportunity for people of all ages to learn the dances, songs, music and Gaelic language of Scotland and Cape Breton.
Children and teens can study Scottish Highland Dance from beginning to advanced level in a non-competitive atmosphere (special training for competition can be arranged for those students who choose to compete) as well as Cape Breton Step Dancing and Gaelic singing.
Teens and adults can take classes in Cape Breton Step Dancing, and when there is demand, also in Scottish Gaelic language and song.
The Callanish School of Celtic Arts has just relocated from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Litchfield County, Connecticut. There are currently no classes running, but are scheduled to resume in Autumn of 2006. Further details will be posted here as they become available.
Tursachan
Tursachan is the monthly newsletter of the Callanish school of Celtic Arts. It is currently on hold during our relocation. Publication will resume in 2006 when classes start running again. Past issues are still available in the archive.
